 [Licensing](https://deneopartners.com/category/licensing/) # CySEC C648: Notification of MiCA Crypto asset services By [Christina Panayi](https://deneopartners.com/author/c-panayi/)[No Comments](https://deneopartners.com/cysec-circular-c648-notification-of-crypto-asset-services-under-article-60-of-mica/#respond) Through Circular C648, CySEC wishes to inform the regulated entities that under Art. 60 of the Market in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA), certain financial entities will have the option to provide crypto-asset services in the Union equivalent to the services and activities for which they are authorised under the relevant EU law. For the purpose of understanding to what extent firms with a relevant authorisation are planning to notify MiCA services, CySEC has circulated an online questionnaire for firms to complete on the subject matter. The questionnaire is comprised of sixteen questions and requires between 15-30 minutes to be completed. It shall be noted that, if your answer to the fifth question is ‘No’, you are not required to complete the remaining questions. The completed questionnaire should be submitted **by Friday 26 July 2024**.
